More time in Kenai and two nights Denali & Fairbanks

Enjoy lots of adventures in the Alaskan wilderness on a three-night stay at our Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge. Other highlights are included as well. You’ll spend two nights at our Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge where you’ll get to know Denali National Park on an extensive guided tour and one night at our Mount McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge located close to North America’s highest mountain. On a two-night stay in Fairbanks, you’ll get insights into city life. During the entire tour, an experienced tour guide will take care of your wellbeing. The meals are included as indicated in the itinerary.

Day 1 Fairbanks
Arrive in Fairbanks and check into the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge for a two-night stay. Meet your Tour Director and fellow travelling companions.

Day 2 Fairbanks
Today you’ll have the opportunity to explore the “Gold Heart City” from different angles. You’ll visit a historic gold mine on a Gold Mine Tour, enjoy a hearty miner’s lunch and take a cruise on an authentic Sternwheeler Riverboat down the Chena River. (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Day 3 Fairbanks / Denali
This morning, board the train for a scenic ride to Denali National Park where you’ll spend two nights in our Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Relax and get to know the lodge in the evening. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 4 Denali
Today, you’ll be treated to a Tundra Wilderness Tour deep into Denali National Park. Get breathtaking insights into the Alaskan wilderness and listen to the interesting background information given by the guide. The rest of the day is free. In the evening, enjoy the “Music of Denali” dinner show. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 5 Denali / Mount McKinley
Travel by scenic motorcoach to the south side of the park and the Mount McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. The afternoon is free to get to know the lodge and to enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 6 Mount McKinley / Kenai
After breakfast you’ll have the opportunity to join an optional excursion before travelling by motorcoach to the Kenai Peninsula. Check into the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge for a three-night stay. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 7 Kenai
The entire day is free to spend as you please. Choose from a variety of optional excursions such as hiking, fishing or horseback riding. Or take in the view of the river from the spacious outdoor deck while enjoying a beverage. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 8 Kenai
You’ll have another day at your disposal. Opt for a wildlife cruise into Kenai Fjords National Park or enjoy the amenities of your lodge. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 9 Kenai / Whittier
Travel the scenic Seward Highway to Whittier and your awaiting cruise ship. (breakfast included)

Day 9- 16
Cruise “Voyage of the glaciers”

This cruisetour can be booked in the reverse order as well, i.e. the land program takes place after the cruise.
