More time in Kenai and two nights Fairbanks

After your fascinating cruise you’ll continue your journey by motorcoach into the Alaskan wilderness. Your first stop will be the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge. During a three-night stay you’ll have the opportunity to relax to your heart’s content, to explore the area or to start on an adventure on one of our optional excursions. Then it’s on to the Mount McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge which is famous for its fantastic views of North America’s highest mountain. On a two-night stay at the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge you’ll have time to get to know Denali National Park and the Alaskan wildlife. The last stop of your land program will be Fairbanks where you’ll immerse yourself into the history of this former gold rush town on a nostalgic Riverboat Cruise and a Gold Mine Tour.

Day 1-8
Cruise “Voyage of the glaciers”

Day 8 Whittier / Kenai
Disembark in Whittier and travel by scenic motorcoach to the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge for a three-night stay.

Day 9 Kenai
The entire day is yours to spend as you please. Relax at the lodge, take in the views from the outdoor deck while enjoying a delicious meal or choose from an array of optional excursions such as hiking, fishing or horseback riding.

Day 10 Kenai
Another full day is at your disposal. How about a tour of Kenai Fjords National Park?

Day 11 Kenai / Mount McKinley
Sightsee by motorcoach to the Mount McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge and enjoy the breathtaking views of North America’s highest mountain.

Day 12 Mount McKinley / Denali
This morning is free to take part in optional excursions. Then, continue your journey by motorcoach to Denali National Park and check into the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge for a two-night stay.

Day 13 Denali
Spend the morning travelling into the park on a Natural History Tour. The rest of the day is free to take part in optional excursions or to relax at the lodge.

Day 14 Denali / Fairbanks
Enjoy a leisurely morning before travelling by Princess rail to Fairbanks.

Day 15 Fairbanks
Immerse yourself into the history of the former gold rush town. Take a Gold Mine Tour in the morning and enjoy a hearty miner’s lunch before taking a cruise along Chena River on an authentic sternwheeler. The evening is at leisure.

Day 16 Fairbanks
This morning, your tour ends in Fairbanks.
